HEALTH GUARANTEE: We provide a 7-day health guarantee beginning on the date your puppy is placed in your home. To ensure your puppy’s well-being, the buyer is responsible for having the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of placement. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious, life-threatening condition within the 7-day guarantee period, please contact us immediately. With a written veterinary report, the puppy may be returned in accordance with our guarantee terms. Our health guarantee does not cover common or treatable conditions such as worms, giardia, or fleas/ticks, and we are not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred after placement.
APPOINTMENT: For the safety and health of our puppies, appointments are scheduled only when you are prepared to take a puppy home the same day, assuming the puppy is a good fit for your family. We do not schedule casual visits without the intent to adopt, as this helps reduce unnecessary exposure to health risks.
DELIVERY: We offer delivery service for the puppy to locations within 50 miles from San Jose. Depending on your location, the fee range is $80-$100.
